Dudley L. Williams (died March 4,1851 aged 45 years) and wife, Mary (died Sept. 13, 1850 aged 35 years) had children: William Solomon; James Benjamin (1836-1919); N. Elizabeth (1838-1864), wife of John Pearson (mother of William Dudley Pearson); Mary Eliza (1840-1909), unmarried; Dudley H.; Susan Frances; Laura Haseltine (1848-1863).

Jeremiah White (1822-1892) and wife, Susan M. had several children; apparently related somehow to the family of Edmond Marsh and wife, Elizabeth.

The nature of the law suit of the parties in the January 1860 case involving the Williamses, Marshes and Whites is unknown.
